Let's Add Some hi-def AVCHD To Our Toolchest - Canon VIXIA HD.

I think the heart of this issue is the comparatively new, not really prepared for prime time file type. I understand new capacity leads standardizing - but my experience is old fashioned. I started by reading from the camera memory - using my first pc and couldnt read in thru a USB port. My 2nd, a touch more recent computer, with reputedly a faster USB port, does read from the camera memory but alas does not have Premiere Pro CS4, Adobes latest software release. My 2nd computer with quicker ports, recognizes the card, presents the files in the stiff AVCHD documented catalog structure - but doesnt recognize the files. The 1st computer doesn't recognize the SD card. The majority of this unpredictable behaviour belongs to the lag time between new technology and desktop systems catching up. You are only restricted by 2 things - your imagination and your appliances. A twin core processor is essential for fast threading during video rendering. Rendering is what occurs after you shoot and edit your video and tell the PC to finish it. Lcd television buy. With high-speed dual processors what can take over an hour, depending on the length of the video, would only take a jiffy. So what's AVCHD? A mix of high def compression with dolby sound that needs a particularly fast read time.

Its ungainly, and I have tried duplicating everything backwards and forwards on computer, vista, vista64 - and there are some easy definitions - One straightforward one is : CS4 knows AVCHD / mts2, and any previous release doesn't.
